  • Found at the northernmost part of the zone, The K’mul Astropolis

  • The exact number of mobs that must be killed is unknown, but 100 of each is the current theory.

Gunitt

Tempest

Drag a Clionid near 3 Deep-Sea Leeches, allowing the Clionid to eat the leeches and get a buff. Once the Clionid has a 3x buff, allow it to perform Buccal Cones, killing you.

  • Clionids and Deep-Sea Leeches are found near the entrance to Tempest from Kholusia, in the northern part of the zone.

  • It is unknown if the Clionid killing a player is required, or if it just needs to perform a 3x buffed Buccal Cone.

Aglaope

Il Mheg

Stand on Aglaope’s chosen spawn point with the Scarlet Peacock minion out.

  • Minion can be crafted from a Scarlet Tailfeather that drops from Suzaku Ex or bought off the Market Board.

  • Vertical distance and whether you are mounted, unmounted, flying, on the ground, moving, or standing still has no effect on spawn

Forgiven Pedantry

Kholusia

Gathering a Dwarven Cotton Boll

  • Requires level 79 to gather

  • RNG; can take more than 1 attempt

Tyger

Lakeland

Discard a Rail Tenderloin

  • Can be purchased from the Gem Trader in Kholusia by the Tomra aethertye; level 1 FATE rank is required (you can also buy them from the market board pretty cheaply, but you only need to do 3 FATEs in the zone to get the rank)

  • Does NOT appear to be RNG (surprisingly); should only take 1 attempt

Tarchia

Amh Araeng

Self destruct on Tarchia’s chosen spawn point.

  • Self destruct is a Blue Mage ability that can be obtained from the following; Lv.12 Glide Bomb in Western Thanalan (by Copperbell Mines entrance), Lv.17 Blasting Cap in Copperbell Mines, Lv.20 Gas Bomb in Halatali

  • RNG; can take more than 1 attempt

SS Rank: The Forgiven Rebellion

All ShB Zones

After a ShB S Rank dies, there is a chance that four Forgiven Gossips (oftentimes called "minions") will spawn. If all four of these are killed, The Forgiven Rebellion will spawn.

  • If the Forgiven Gossips spawn, the message “The minions of an extraordinarily powerful mark are on the hunt for prey…” will appear.

  • The Forgiven Gossips count as a B Rank (towards the B Ranks killed achievement only - they do not have any drops such as Sacks of Nuts), but aggro like and are as difficult to kill as an A Rank.

  • The Forgiven Gossips cannot be reset - if they are, they will despawn and The Forgiven Rebellion will not spawn. Wait for 1-2 parties to arrive before engaging. That being said, the mobs can despawn if battle is not initiated fast enough (usually after around 5 minutes irl), so don’t take too long to pull.

  • he Forgiven Rebellion does not have a cooldown, but has a chance to spawn after every ShB S Rank.
